The 2018 Honda Fit is Refreshed – Here’s What’s New

The Honda Fit is in its tenth year and it’s still consistently winning awards. And despite its long run of success, it’s time for a facelift. The 2018 Honda Fit simply improves upon an already amazing subcompact hatchback.

What’s New for the 2018 Honda Fit

For the new model year, the Honda Fit gets a nip and tuck in all the right areas. The front and rear fascias have been redesigned, giving the Fit a lower and wider appearance. The grille is a two-piece design, using contrasting black and chrome for an added touch. And you’ll notice the wheels have different finishes than previously, giving a more athletic and sporty feel to the Fit. For an ultra-bold road presence, choose Helios Yellow or Orange Fury as your paint of choice.

Honda Fit Sport

A new addition to the Fit family is the 2018 Honda Fit Sport. Its appearance is even more striking and sporty with aeodynamic effects for the front and rear bumpers and the sides as well. Gloss Black wheels are available, and a rear diffuser is added for a dramatic flair.   Inside the Honda Fit Sport, there are a few extra details to mention. The fabric is a unique cross-hatched design and orange accents are tastefully placed throughout.

Honda Sensing Now Available

New for the 2018 Honda Fit is the Honda Sensing suite of technologies, available on all trim levels. That includes Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Collision Mitigation Braking System, Road Departure Mitigation System, Lane Keeping Assist System, and Adaptive Cruise Control. All these features are intent on keeping you on your desired path and out of harm’s way. Of course, these are all in addition to standard features that include a Multi-Angle Rearview Camera, Vehicle Stability Assist, ABS brakes, Brake Assist, and more.   These features and more can be found on the refreshed 2018 Honda Fit. It’s available now at Jay Wolfe Honda in Kansas City. It’s here that you’ll find friendly, professional service and sales, along with the award-winning Honda lineup, of course.
