Shout out to Ian at Joy Wolf Honda off 103rd St in south Kansas City. We had an A/C issue with our 2019 Honda Pilot (No A/C), after a quick drop off early one morning he got right to it and with the help of his service tech identified the issues. Eli was great! He took care of my boyfriend and I. We got a great deal on this car. I highly recommend going/requesting Eli for your car salesman. He was honest, upfront, and also too very relatable & just a cool person to talk too. Overall it was a great experience. Nobody was unprofessional all the way to the fiance everyone was good to us!
