Making a Difference with Green Beret Foundation
At Jay Wolfe Honda, we love to express our appreciation and gratitude to the people who keep us safe. Our veterans have sacrificed so much to give us our freedom. They give up time spent with their loved ones and put themselves in harm’s way so we can live in peace and security. It’s not just about the one day, Veterans Day, on November 11th. And to demonstrate our appreciation, we’re making it a month-long event. To offer our support, Jay Wolfe Honda is making a donation to the Green Beret Foundation this November for every new or pre-owned vehicle that is sold.
What is the Green Beret Foundation?
Green Berets are those who are part of the United States Special Forces. When a Green Beret is injured, experiences health or mental issues, transitions to the workforce, or their family requires support, the Green Beret Foundation is there to assist. Sometimes it’s financially while other times it’s through support services. These Green Berets deserve our respect and admiration, and Jay Wolfe Honda salutes the Green Beret Foundation for making a difference in these veterans’ lives.Cram the Van Food Drive
In addition to our donations to the Green Beret Foundation, Jay Wolfe Honda is hosting the Cram the Van Food Drive. Supporting our local Harvesters Food Bank, this community-focused event looks to give much-needed support to the less fortunate in our neighborhoods. Jay Wolfe Honda is collecting non-perishable food items and household supplies that will enhance lives in our community. While the list of items needed is extensive, here are some suggestions of things to donate:- Canned Vegetables

- Canned Meat or Tuna
- Tins of Soup
- Peanut Butter
- Hot or Cold Cereal
- Boxed Meals (Hamburger Helper, Pasta Roni)
- Soap
- Deodorant
- Shampoo
