I could not be happier with my latest service experience at Jay Wolfe Honda. I took the car in for warranty work on a recall. My appt was for 8AM, actually got there at 730AM and was out of there by 849AM...what great service. 11/29/23 - on 11/17/23 we purchased a new Passport from Jay Wolfe Honda. Kenny Loy was our salesperson and he absolutely hit it out of the park helping us with this purchase. He explained everything about the car and the process of purchasing and with our trade in. This was the best car purchase that we have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Kenny Loy and Jay Wolfe Honda for all your Honda needs. 5/28/26 - adding to my reviews - today I had an appointment to get our car serviced but had to cancel due to my husbands health/ medical issues. I called to cancel and also left a message for the Service Mgr to call back. He contacted me within 30-45 minutes, his name is Robert. I explained that i had to way to get my car to dealership and asked if they had the service to come pick it up, service and return. He said normally no but he would work something out and call me back. He called back to advise he was sending Angie out to get our car. Our car was serviced and returned to us by 2:00PM. I could not be any happier and want to give a huge shout out to Robert, Service Mgr, Brianna, Service Advisor and Angie who picked up and returned or car. This service goes above and beyond anything I ever imagined or expected. I highly recommend Jay Wolfe for purchasing and or servicing your vehicle needs. SERVICE DEPT IS OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Honda CR-V from a Mr. Mazin Zatar and my experience was easygoing. Mazin was concise to my requests and he remained transparent in his communication with me. I also worked with Riley in finance and I had a no-pressure experience with him. We're very blessed to have found such a great deal and to have worked with the team at Jay Wolfe Honda. I would purchase from these guys again!
