We regularly bring our car in for service, and unfortunately, we don’t always have the best experiences but yesterday was completely different. From start to finish, Joi made the entire process such a positive and pleasant experience for us for the first time ever. And thank you as well to Dave, the driver, for your kindness and generosity. Even after we declined multiple times, you still went out of your way to buy us lunch. Your kindness and professionalism truly stood out and were deeply appreciated.
