Service advisor Chase is awesome!
When my 2012 CRV developed a slight shudder with light acceleration he went to work and did some research. He found a service bulletin from 2017 that advised a software update instead of rushing to change out the torque converter or the entire transmission. The software update completely solved the problem - Thank you Chase and thank you Jay Wolfe for hiring such great service advisors!

I came to Jay Wolfe Honda after my beloved Honda Accord was hit by a stolen vehicle and declared a total loss. One of the reasons I’ve always trusted Honda is its commitment to safety—the side curtain airbags helped protect me during the accident. And, as I learned through the insurance process, Honda's definitely hold their value when properly maintained.
Although I had never owned an SUV before, I decided it was time to make the switch. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a positive and exciting one, thanks to my Honda Sales Executive, Kenny.
From the beginning, Kenny didn’t focus on selling me a vehicle. Instead, he took the time to get to know me, understand my needs, and educate me on my options. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me understand the differences between the various Honda SUV models through detailed explanations and test drives.

Jay Wolfe Honda Service listened to my wife’s concerns about her display, tested it, replaced the unit and kept her informed throughout the week and had our Odyssey ready in time for our family trip. Excellent customer service, and appreciated them truly listening to her concerns.
