I had a great experience with the service department, I didn't have an appointment but had a screw in my tire. They got me in and took good care of me, even informing me that it was covered under my warranty. They were extremely kind and helpful. The lounge is super comfy, clean and has great snacks. lol I really have appreciated the service so far from the staff here at Jay Wolfe Honda. I have been in my vehicle under a year and so far I have no complaints. Thank you all!

I found the used Honda I wanted online and called in. They connected me with Samantha that was able to answer my questions and schedule an appointment. Samantha was available by text which was very helpful for follow up questions. When I got there I worked with Mazin who was very kind and helpful. Riley handled the financial piece and was also very friendly. I’ve had my car a little over a week and am very happy with everything so far. I really appreciated being able to reach Samantha and Mazin by text because my work can make phone calls throughout the day tricky. Everyone was transparent and helpful and made sure my time was respected by not keeping me there any longer than needed. I’m really happy with everything so far and would recommend this dealer.
