Jack & the service dept of Acura Dealership on 103rd were very thorough in trying to find why my 2023 TLX heater was randomly not working. They could not recreate the issue but they spent time looking at everything that could have caused the problem and then documented it so in case it happens again, they know what they did. This Acura dealer is the best. My service advisor Dusty is awesome. Anytime I need service I just text him and he answers me right back. They never try to charge me for things I don't need. And Elena at the little food and coffee bar is so nice. I just love her. I dit and talk to her the whole time I'm waiting. Her and Dusty are the reason I would never buy another type of car. No really coming here is the best part of owning my Acura. And of course Acura's are great cars too.
