I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Jay Wolfe in June. Savannah was terrific to work with and really listened to what both my wife and I valued in a car. I ask a lot of questions and do a lot of research, and Savannah was always happy to answer and never made me feel like I was under pressure to make a snap decision. My service rep, Ian Cochran, goes above and beyond to help me keep my car running smoothly. He's always kind and considerate, explains charges and services clearly and concisely, and he has a good attitude even during difficulties with technology. Hondas don't need much attention but when they do I recommend asking for Ian.
