From the moment I arrived, Chase made the entire experience outstanding. His knowledge and curiosity immediately gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. After reviewing everything, Chase discovered there was an axle recall on my vehicle that could have been contributing to the issue. He clearly explained the process, including the test drive, technician inspection, and the steps they would take to determine exactly what was going on. He even provided me with his direct line and kept me updated throughout the day. A few hours later, Chase personally called with a thorough update. He walked me through everything they tested, explained their findings in a way that was easy to understand, and reassured me that my vehicle was in great shape aside from a few minor items. The communication, transparency, and professionalism were second to none. People often assume dealerships are always the most expensive option, but experiences like this are exactly why Honda owners should consider bringing their vehicles to the dealership. Not only could there be recalls that save you a significant amount of money, but if you’re fortunate enough to work with someone like Chase, you’ll receive exceptional customer service as well.
