Recently had the unfortunate incident of needing to have the transmission replaced on my Honda (under warranty). My service advisor Will McCune was helpful and understanding. He carefully explained the process and timelines and made sure I had all my questions answered. In addition, he kept me informed throughout the process and got me a loaner to drive while my car was in the shop. Overall he made the experience as painless as possible. I would recommend Jay Wolfe Honda service for your Honda's needs.

Steve Brazilla was a very good advisor. He got me in and out with my car issue (headlight issue) in less time than I expected. He made good recommendations on what I should consider to make my vehicle safer for the road. I have rescheduled an appointment as him as my advisor goong forward. I appreciated his customer service.

Kenny was very helpful and a most pleasant man to deal with. He was not a bother, I think he's too busy to be a bother! He did not hesitate to do the smaller things like set up my phone that I really appreciated. He didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want, either. Thanks so much, Kenny!

Having purchased more than 10 Hondas, we've had a lot of experience with Honda dealers. Working with Cole Decker and Peter Merrill was fantastic. I expect top notch service and they did not disappoint. Responsive (replied even when out sick), knowledgeable, honest, transparent, fair, reasonable, professional, willing to listen/work together, and also nice. Will start at Jay Wolfe again next time.
