Had an excellent experience at Jay Wolfe Honda, and a big part of that was thanks to Cole. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely personable, but Cole nailed it. Every interaction with the entire team was pleasant, professional and welcoming. Let me just say, Cole is the guy to go see if you are buying a car! His customer service is beyond stellar. He is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. At no point during the interaction did he make it about selling me a car but trying to find the right one that fit my wants & needs. He made my experience seamless and actually enjoyable.
