I had a fantastic experience working with the service department at Jay Wolfe Honda. Everyone I encountered there was professional, helpful, and welcoming and did their best to make sure I had a good experience. Particularly Brianna, who was my service associate, who went above and beyond to make sure my car got the best care. She even worked with a friend to surprise me with extra work on my car that I was not expecting! The facility is very clean and comfortable. And the whole experience was very easy and convenient. I will definitely be back!

So happy to have met Eli when I walked on the lot to look at new cars. He was easy to work with and he listened to what I was requesting in a car. I can easily say he was the best sales person I have worked with. If you are looking for a new car - Eli is the guy you want to work with.

I borrowed my father's Honda Accord Hybrid for a road trip. 300 miles away from home, the key fob battery was critically low. I did not have tools to open my fob nor could I quickly find a store to purchase a battery. I searched Google for Honda Dealerships nearby. There was another closer, but I remembered seeing a lot of Jay Wolfe logos while on the road so I stopped by Jay Wole to buy a battery and hopefully get help replacing it. If the kindness and professionalism I was shown by two salesman is any indication of the quality of cars and trust you can have in a dealership, then Jay Wolfe is definitely the best place to buy or service a Honda in Kansas City. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Thank you Jay Wolfe!
