My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Kenny Loy these last few weeks and it was an absolute pleasure to buy a car from him and this dealership. Back in March, we met Kenny and it stuck with me for many months when we were finally ready for a purchase. He works his tail off to listen, react and do his responsibility to put you in a great vehicle that fits your overall needs. My service person, Ian listened well, showed me areas of my car needing inspection, and explained how the repairs would take place. He explained repairs thoroughly and arranged for a courtesy car. He and the mechanic as well as the courtesy car drivers emphasized the team excellence at Jay Wolfe.
