Shout out to Ian at Joy Wolf Honda off 103rd St in south Kansas City. We had an A/C issue with our 2019 Honda Pilot (No A/C), after a quick drop off early one morning he got right to it and with the help of his service tech identified the issues. Ordered the parts required, kept me informed of the status, then had it repaired the following day. Great service, great customer care, and great communication. Thanks Ian
