I want to give a HUGE Thank-You! to Steve Barzilla at Jay Wolfe Honda Service Department. I brought my car in because the tire pressure indicator light was staying on, even though all tires had correct pressure. Steve checked my tires and then talked with me; he asked if he could try something (I think he called it "triple calibration") before taking my car back to the shop for evaluation (and costing a bunch of money). He worked on the indicator light for a little bit, and it finally went off. He explained that sometimes, the software would be overwhelmed from prior tire pressure changes, and it just needed a reboot, in essence. He was right! The indicator light went off, and it has STAYED off, and I REALLY appreciate Steve taking the time to so quickly diagnose the problem and fix it for me, right on the spot!
Such excellent service is why I'll be returning to Jay Wolfe Honda for all my maintenance needs. Thank you all, and especially Steve, SO much!!

I just want to say what a GREAT experience I had at Jay Wolfe Honda this past week!
I brought my Honda Fit in for a road-worthy check up, and the process was smooth and easy! Ariel made my appointment when I called a few weeks ago, and Greg Richards was my service advisor. Both Ariel and Greg were very friendly and super-helpful. They listened to my requests and were able to tailor the service appointment to meet my needs.
I brought my car in at my appointed time, and Greg was right there to check me in and go over the details with me. He was clear about his recommendations and I agreed with his advice. I waited in the waiting room (which is very nicely appointed, with comfortable seating, plenty of electrical outlets, and COFFEE!), and within an hour and a half my car was ready! Greg checked me out with a smile and wished me well on my trip. What GREAT service!
Many thanks to Greg and Ariel and all the technicians who do such good work on my car. You all gave me peace of mind for my journey, and I know I'll be back for my next scheduled service!

I've been taking my Honda Civic Hybrid to Jay Wolfe for years, and had a wonderful experience recently.
In February, I had to have some work done, and then about a week ago I started noticing a leak coming from somewhere under the hood.
When I brought it to the dealership, Roberto Magana was my service advisor. I spoke with home about the recent service done and the new leak, and he promised to have the technicians thoroughly assess the car. He called later that day and explained what they had found: the sealant applied during the recent service had failed and needed to be reapplied. He asked if I could leave the car for a few days, as the best course of action would be to reapply the sealant, have it thoroughly dry, then fill the reservoir and test the seal. I agreed, and two days later was able to pick up the car.
I very much appreciate Roberto's dedication to diagnosing what was wrong with my car and devising the best solution, even if it took more time. By the way--there's no leak now, and they did not charge me for the work (as it was related to the prior service).
What a great experience!

I had a great experience buying my CRV at Jay Wolfe. It was my first time at this dealership, and they made the process smooth and transparent with straightforward pricing. After months of shopping, they had the best inventory in the metro.
A special shout‑out to my salesperson, Mazin Zatar, who was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He walked me through the features and comparisons in a way that made me feel completely confident in my decision. I’m really happy with my purchase and would gladly buy from the Jay Wolfe team again.

The customer care here goes way above and beyond! Patrick, and Greg...they always take amazing care of me, and my car. There are others that I didn't learn their names, but many thanks to everyone in the Service Department! I can't imagine ever having to go anywhere else. They are meticulous and always keep me informed of issues. Can't thank them enough!!
