We worked with Tucker Batten to purchase a used car for my daughter. He was friendly, professional, and had a lot of knowledge about the car, even though it wasn't a Honda. He even stayed late the evening we bought it.

I recently had my Honda Pilot display a low battery warning light. Luckily, we were near Jay Wolf Honda. Upon pulling into the service line we were greeted by Ian Cochran one of the service advisors. He quickly got our car into the service department to identify the problem. My wife and I were offered a loaner car while the diagnoses was in progress. They found that we had left an overhead light turned on which drained the battery. Upon finding the problem, it was a simple solution.
