These days it often seems like customer service is dead but not when it comes to my service advisor Brianna Berglof at Jay Wolfe Honda. I have been a Jay Wolfe Honda customer since 2018. Brianna has been my service advisor for the last few years and has guided me thru regular service and general repairs. She is consistently upfront, honest and dependable. Recently my car experienced some issues beyond normal wear and tear and Brianna went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fairly. She worked with me and the Jay Wolfe service and warranty teams to get me the best deal possible. She took the time to explain the problems to me and kept me updated along the way. She made me feel like a vauled customer (as she always does) and for that I will continue to be a loyal Jay Wolfe Honda customer!

This was my first time getting a car through a dealership, and it was amazing! All of the staff were super kind, helpful through every step, and answered every question. Huge kudos to Tucker, Peter, and Riley specifically for helping me with everything. 10/10 recommend going through Jay Wolfe to get your next car.

We came to Jay Wolfe Honda after finding a car on their website we wanted to test drive. I didn’t look at a google review, just walked in with no expectations. Boy was I blown away from Kim in the outreach center, to Kim our salesman, to Ryan the manager of detail to the GM Brian. It was the easiest and by far one of the best experiences we have had at a dealership. If you get the chance to visit them please do. We will be return customers!

Today was incredibly busy but I was able to get my brakes serviced, oil change, tires rotated and alignment done with just 15 min over promised time which was great. Ian is always very helpful in explaining things and being upfront. Glad he’s my service advisor.

My car was dropped off to have preventative maintenance done. Ian, the service advisor, gave me a very fair price to do the work. The technician started the job and determined the work was not needed. What he determined was that the work may have recently been done. Doing some digging he figured out the work had already been completed about 3000 miles earlier at another dealership. I feel the integrity of the service advisor, the technician and dealership are top notch and refreshing to come across in the service industry today. They could have continued the work I requested, charged me and moved on. This was my first experience with the dealer and Highly recommend them.

Ian helped me out today and was the utmost professional, was honest about wait time and was incredibly kind and helpful. First time coming, and absolutely will be back and ask for him anytime I need help with car trouble again.
