I borrowed my father's Honda Accord Hybrid for a road trip. 300 miles away from home, the key fob battery was critically low. I did not have tools to open my fob nor could I quickly find a store to purchase a battery. I searched Google for Honda Dealerships nearby. There was another closer, but I remembered seeing a lot of Jay Wolfe logos while on the road so I stopped by Jay Wole to buy a battery and hopefully get help replacing it. If the kindness and professionalism I was shown by two salesman is any indication of the quality of cars and trust you can have in a dealership, then Jay Wolfe is definitely the best place to buy or service a Honda in Kansas City. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Thank you Jay Wolfe!

Had an excellent experience at Jay Wolfe Honda, and a big part of that was thanks to Cole. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely personable, but Cole nailed it. Every interaction with the entire team was pleasant, professional and welcoming.
