His knowledge and passion for cars was evident, and he helped me make an informed decision about what was best for me in an unbiased way. Not only did I feel taken care of, but my grandfather who spent years in the car industry had a great time speaking with him as well! Shout out to Ian at Joy Wolf Honda off 103rd St in south Kansas City. We had an A/C issue with our 2019 Honda Pilot (No A/C), after a quick drop off early one morning he got right to it and with the help of his service tech identified the issues. Ordered the parts required, kept me informed of the status, then had it repaired the following day. Great service, great customer care, and great communication. Thanks Ian

Ian went over the top….on checking out a concern on my Toyota Prius—— and put my mind at ease on a concern as he took the time to explain in detail why I did not need to worry about a particular water leakage! Another gentleman at that same service department gave me great input & service about a year ago —-did the same thing for me at Jay Wolfe Honda!
