I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Jay Wolfe in June. Savannah was terrific to work with and really listened to what both my wife and I valued in a car.
I ask a lot of questions and do a lot of research, and Savannah was always happy to answer and never made me feel like I was under pressure to make a snap decision. I’d recommend Jay Wolfe to anyone, and I will happily be back in 15+ years when it’s time for the next Honda

My service rep, Ian Cochran, goes above and beyond to help me keep my car running smoothly. He's always kind and considerate, explains charges and services clearly and concisely, and he has a good attitude even during difficulties with technology. Hondas don't need much attention but when they do I recommend asking for Ian.

I had my Honda CR-V in for regular maintenance and new tires recently. Ian was my service advisor. He was helpful, friendly, patient and straightforward explaining differences between tire brands and maintenance needs for my vehicle. Ian also informed me of current specials which reduced the overall cost. Much appreciated. Thanks Ian.

If Honda ever starts handing out superhero capes instead of name tags, Ian should be first in line.
I walked into the service department fully prepared for the usual experience: mysterious car noises, confusing explanations, and mentally calculating how many ramen noodles I’d need to eat afterward. Instead, I got Ian.
This guy deserves an Olympic medal in customer service. He somehow managed to be fast, honest, incredibly helpful, and made me feel like my car wasn’t just another number in the queue. Every question I had was answered without making me feel like I needed a degree in automotive engineering, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
I’m convinced he has the ability to bend time because everything was handled way quicker than I expected. If efficiency were a sport, Ian would have sponsors.
Honda, whatever you’re paying him… respectfully, it’s probably not enough.
10/10. My car is happy, my wallet survived, my stress level dropped dramatically, and if I ever need service again, I’m asking for Ian before I even say hello.
