Took my van in before buying they helped me with my seats and stuff and get manager was so kind in service as well as the lady so checked me in Black lady looks like Mya didn’t make the appt because I just got the van but spoke with Tory and made one for Thursday I’ll keep you updated on the review So far Great Customer Service I felt

My service tech Ian C. was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly and got me out in an appropriate amount of time. Great service overall.

Ian in the service department was an excellent help during my recent visit for a standard A1 maintenance. He pointed out some items that will need attention in the future, but are not going to leave me stranded on the road if I don't want to tend to them immediately. We discussed options, as well as what I definitely needed to have done that day. Overall, I did not break the bank, and it was an excellent experience as always. He quickly notified me via personal phone call when my car was ready, and coordinated a time for pickup. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Of all the options in Kansas City, Jay Wolfe continues to provide the most consistent and reliable service both in mechanical expertise and customer service oriented assistance. 10/10.

Ian was so immediately friendly and helpful! Their play area for my six-year-old was clean and well-stocked, and they have a generous supply of snacks. Great experience overall!
