I recently had my Honda Pilot display a low battery warning light. Luckily, we were near Jay Wolf Honda. Upon pulling into the service line we were greeted by Ian Cochran one of the service advisors. He quickly got our car into the service department to identify the problem. My wife and I were offered a loaner car while the diagnoses was in progress. They found that we had left an overhead light turned on which drained the battery. Upon finding the problem, it was a simple solution. I had an awesome service advisor at Jay Wolfe Honda, Ian Cochran went above and beyond what he had to do on a business level but he understood on a personal level and because of Ian I didn’t have a nervous break down. Thank you Ian for all you did. Deanna.

Cole D was an amazing, informative, and incredibly helpful sales representative. He was very thorough and personable and made the process very smooth for my car. I had such a great experience that I came back with my girlfriend for her new car and it was the same quality customer service that time, too. The finance guy Riley was also super friendly and helpful, he was able to help out and make payments/rates easier to handle.
