I just want to say what a GREAT experience I had at Jay Wolfe Honda this past week!
I brought my Honda Fit in for a road-worthy check up, and the process was smooth and easy! Ariel made my appointment when I called a few weeks ago, and Greg Richards was my service advisor. Both Ariel and Greg were very friendly and super-helpful. They listened to my requests and were able to tailor the service appointment to meet my needs.
I brought my car in at my appointed time, and Greg was right there to check me in and go over the details with me. He was clear about his recommendations and I agreed with his advice. I waited in the waiting room (which is very nicely appointed, with comfortable seating, plenty of electrical outlets, and COFFEE!), and within an hour and a half my car was ready! Greg checked me out with a smile and wished me well on my trip. What GREAT service!
Many thanks to Greg and Ariel and all the technicians who do such good work on my car. You all gave me peace of mind for my journey, and I know I'll be back for my next scheduled service!

I've been taking my Honda Civic Hybrid to Jay Wolfe for years, and had a wonderful experience recently.
In February, I had to have some work done, and then about a week ago I started noticing a leak coming from somewhere under the hood.
When I brought it to the dealership, Roberto Magana was my service advisor. I spoke with home about the recent service done and the new leak, and he promised to have the technicians thoroughly assess the car. He called later that day and explained what they had found: the sealant applied during the recent service had failed and needed to be reapplied. He asked if I could leave the car for a few days, as the best course of action would be to reapply the sealant, have it thoroughly dry, then fill the reservoir and test the seal. I agreed, and two days later was able to pick up the car.
I very much appreciate Roberto's dedication to diagnosing what was wrong with my car and devising the best solution, even if it took more time. By the way--there's no leak now, and they did not charge me for the work (as it was related to the prior service).
What a great experience!
