Found people there to be quite nice between Tucker and the sales manager. They were both very good people.

I had service done here recently on my Honda Odyssey for a problem related to the camera. They thoroughly evaluated and diagnosed the cause, which turned out to be a faulty camera. The repair was done quickly, and everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient, and helpful. Plus I had a free loaner vehicle for the couple of days it took for the diagnosis, receipt of the part, and the repair. Very happy with the service I received!

DO NOT WALK, RUN! TO JAY WOLFE HONDA I have never had such an amazing experience at a dealership. They are relaxed easy going NO HAGGLING they gave me the best price first offer couldn't refuse. Tucker in sales from start to finish took the time to resolve concerns and get me in my 2026 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. He called, followed up just a good guy to work with. Now, A huge shout out to James sales manager who went above and beyond to make everything i needed from the truck buying experience, to accessories, & even wiping off excess tire shine for me so it wouldn't splatter down the sides when I drive off that is ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE. Josh in finance was no pressure & a joy to talk to! I am so overjoyed I chose this dealership & will highly recommend it and ALL who work here from now on. We had a wonderful experience purchasing a car with salesman Ted. This was our first time purchasing through Jay Wolfe but the process was very seamless and Ted was extremely knowledgeable in the car business. He really helped get us what we were looking for and within our comfort level. Highly recommend!

Chase, in Service Department, is awesome. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dealership has a kids lounge for those with children and refreshments while your car is getting top-notch service. Only place in town I take the three Hondas. Thank you Chase and Jay Wolfe Honda!

These days it often seems like customer service is dead but not when it comes to my service advisor Brianna Berglof at Jay Wolfe Honda. I have been a Jay Wolfe Honda customer since 2018. Brianna has been my service advisor for the last few years and has guided me thru regular service and general repairs. She is consistently upfront, honest and dependable. Recently my car experienced some issues beyond normal wear and tear and Brianna went above and beyond to make sure I was treated fairly. She worked with me and the Jay Wolfe service and warranty teams to get me the best deal possible. She took the time to explain the problems to me and kept me updated along the way. She made me feel like a vauled customer (as she always does) and for that I will continue to be a loyal Jay Wolfe Honda customer!
