Here are some frequently asked questions that might help you.
Q: Where do the cars that are available come from?
A: We are affiliated with Jay Wolfe Honda New Cars, and almost all of our cars are the result of a good quality trade-in that has passed our inspection process in our world class service department.
Q: How do I know I'm getting a good car?
A: We generally keep fewer than 50% of the vehicles that are eligible for the program. All vehicles receive a complete inspection of all major systems. If our certified technicians detect a significant issue, the vehicle is sent to auction and not available to our customers.
Q: How much money do I need for down payment?
A: Depending on your situation and credit history, we can generally help you with a low $500.00 down payment. We do have other vehicles that do require larger down payments.
Q: Where do I make my payments?
A: You can make your payment in person at the Used Car building located at Jay Wolfe Honda or you can mail in checks or money orders. We do not currently accept credit card payments.
Q: How are my payments structured?
A: We set all customers up on a convenient weekly payment program. This allows you the customer to manage your loan payments in a way that suits your schedule and budget. You can make multiple week payments for as many weeks as you will like.
Q: Will this help me rebuild my credit?
A: Yes, we report to both Trans Union and Equifax credit bureaus. By reporting your success with us, they in turn will raise your credit rating and credit will become more available to you in the future.
